4 (400g) thin pork schnitzels
1/2 cup flour
1 egg, lightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup dried breadcrumbs
2 pears
2 tablespoons rice bran oil
3 cups baby salad greens
1/3 cup good French dressing
