POACHED SALMON WITH HOLLANDAISE SAUCE
4 small salmon steaks
1 cup orange juice
2 bay leaves
1 sprig each: rosemary, thyme
1 cup hollandaise sauce (home-made or purchased)
Remove any small bones from the salmon steaks with tweezers.
Place the juice in a large frying pan with the herbs. Add the salmon and slowly bring to
