PARMESAN PORK SCHNITZELS
4 thick slices white bread, crusts removed
2 teaspoons mixed dried herbs
1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan cheese
4 pork schnitzels
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons canola oil
Place the bread, herbs and Parmesan in a food processor and mix until the bread is finely crumbed.
