Six Farmlands properties for sale

Colliers International has started marketing six Farmlands 12 year lease sale-and-leaseback properties, with Turley and Co acting as primary property adviser.

Of the six properties five feature brand new buildings. The offering is part of rural retailer Farmlands Trading Society Ltd"s growth strategy.

Colliers will be auctioneer on April 8, at the Sebel Hotel in Tauranga. The November 2009 auction in Napier saw seven Farmlands properties sold for between $1.5 and $2.4 million.
