His clothes, or lack of, attracted a fair bit of attention as he was doing it.
"It was a busy part of town," MacLeod said.
"People even pulled over to see what was going on."
Once his listing was online, he was inundated with comments from potential buyers, many of them, strangely, wanting to see more.

"The car sold in a couple of weeks because of what I wearing."
His success with the car sale had only spurred him on, he said.
"I want to be a men's advocate for gender neutral clothing," MacLeod said.
"I want to show that men can wear women's clothing too.
"My friends know I am a weird, crazy person and are okay with it."
The bike, a Kawasaki KX175, is selling for $750.
MacLeod, who is moving to Scotland for an OE in a couple of months time, hopes it will be sold soon.
