Hawke's Bay has plenty of activities and events for people of all ages to enjoy. We list 8 of the best on offer this weekend.

1. National Council of Women Suffrage Day Breakfast

A panel of women representing different age groups will discuss their life experiences, what they have achieved and what they still hope to achieve. They answer the question, "125 Years on — what would Kate Sheppard Think?" St Thomas More Catholic Church, 92 Wycliffe St, Napier. Today, 8.30am to 10am. 2. Hastings Blossom Parade

The theme for this year's Blossom Parade is 'Show us your heART'. The parade begins at 11am with a colourful array of floats, bands, marching groups, clubs and community organisations taking part. 3. Introduction to Māori Language Sessions

Join MTG Māori curator Te Hira Henderson among the wonderful taonga in the Tēnei Tonu gallery, for a free 30-minute Introduction to Māori Language session. Please register by emailing events@mtghawkesbay.com as spaces are limited to 15 people per session.

5. Hatuma Lime Half Marathon

This half marathon has been running for more than 30 years and has become a highlight of the Central Hawke's Bay calendar. The picturesque 21.1km course takes in the entire circumference of Lake Hatuma with the start and finish at Waipukurau Racecourse, allowing for a relaxed and accessible base. Hastings Blossom parade attracts thousands

CycloCross Hawke's Bay and SuperVision Sports are offering 2 events per month for all ages and abilities, from littlies on balance bikes through to seasoned pros with all the gear.
