I* t is certainly not a good look when those who we look to, to administer and uphold the law, are themselves breaking the law. Nor is it acceptable that a government condones these illegal actions and then passes retrospective legislation to make what was illegal legal. This in my view is a major abuse of power that leads to further erosion of respect of the law.AGF
