- One should never have to lay a hand on a child to discipline because that is what a wooden spoon is for!
- Kids get abused by parents because parents are so consumed by stress brought on by continuous debts and lack of money to pay them. The Govt should pour more money in to households to uplift parents behaviour towards their children. Money is the root of all evil and the number one cause of all household crisis.
- How many CEOs, BOdirectors boards managers and others do we have on our HDC and how much do they cost us ratepayers? Response please Lawrence Yule.

- Thumbs down to the parking warden who waited for parents to leave their vehicles to collect their children from outside Parkvale School before issuing their vehicles with parking fines. Was it a slow day or what? A.P
- I dont have any fines owing, but if judge mackintosh thinks community service is worth $40 an hour, where can i sign up?
- Why does the traffic department not target the slow agriculture traffic along the Expressway & Pakowhai Rd. I am fed up with peak hour traffic being held up with these menacing vehicles. Are they even warranted to be on the road. A lot do not even have mirrors to watch build up of traffic behind them!
- Well done Aaron Dustow, yet again another reason why, (after 20 yrs) I will not support the Labour Party again until it stops politician bashing and offers solutions. Ignoring somthing because it is common is not viable. Arrogance will not win my vote back. MR
- Good on lad in white and green ute picking up dead tabby cat at Cape Coast. Can be sad for children to see dead animals. Well done!
- Re the navy & john keys. This is an ecological disaster that deserves the same mourning we gave christchurch. Wheres ur mana john? Ka
