* Clearly QV and Mayor Yule don't know the difference between price & value eg: the price I paid for my car was $4k AMI valued it at $3k. I paid too much but that didn't alter the value.
* Council planted road frontage trees look very picturesque in Autumn but they are also responsible for blocking storm water drains and upliftng footpaths and roads.
* Bay Corp, EC Control: Don't blame the people for their predicament. Blame the Government.
* Surely the HDC wouldn't put parking meters in Orchard Rd or make it like Wilson Rd?
