* When will women stop walking home after a night out in Hastings. There are some really sick and violent people out there in the cities and towns of NZ. Wake Up. Two less drinks on your night out would cover the cost of a taxi home. As a male I wouldn't walk home through Hastings after dark, let alone late at night with a skinfull!
* Lawrence Yule has started his campaign for the National list as the replacement for Rodney Hyde doing his amalgamation bit. How transparent he is!
* Great to see MPs using Twitter maybe they will become real Twits . LH.
* The reason the orchards get overseas workers is because our unemployed don't want to do it. They get the dole so why go to work. I know as I work the orchards.
* Overseas pickers do the work most unemployed won't do. CS
* 2000 jobless in Hawke's Bay, yet we still bring in foreign workers for fruit picking. KB
* Well done Napier City Council, you have successfully made your small portion of Puketitiri Rd even more dangerous than it was! Perhaps it's time for HDC to take over!
* Not only Maori at Napier prison, but white people too. I would be very interested in hearing what the ghost hunters say.
* Have you seen inside our public toilets in Maraenui? It's a shocker. What's the local council doing about it? Poo!
* Yes I did see the spread the politicians used. Never seen that label before either. Lookd ritzy too. Should have been Weetbix and porridge aye. TES
