Rotorua sudden death not being treated as suspicious, police say

Police are investigating a sudden death in central Rotorua say it is not being treated as suspicious.

A body was discovered in Hatupatu Drive after emergency services were notified around 10am yesterday.

A police spokesperson said the death was not being treated as suspicious.

“Police are making enquiries on behalf of the Coroner. The Coroner would release their finding in due course.”
