Anthony Howse, 18, the passenger in a car which hit a tree in Woodville on December 23 has been released from Palmerston North Hospital.
Mr Howse received serious head injuries after the accident and was discharged on Wednesday.
The conditions of the three people that remain in Hawke's Bay Hospital are improving
following the four vehicle crash in Otane on December 27. Initially 12 people were hospitalised.
Meanwhile Maurice Scott (also known as Maurice Sciascia), 38, the passenger in a fatal accident in Dannevirke on December 21, remains in Palmerston North Hospital in a satisfactory condition.
Napier Police are still waiting on a serious crash report which will help them decide if any charges will be laid as a result of the car crash in which Napier teenager Tanisha Morris died on New Year's Eve.
The 13 year old was killed when the 4-wheel-drive she was in and a truck collided on SH2, at Whirinaki. Police hope to have the report next month.
