One person left with serious injuries following aggravated robbery in Hastings

A liquor store attendant in Hastings has received serious injuries following an aggravated robbery this evening.

A police spokesperson said authorities believe three offenders were involved in the robbery of the store on Maraekakaho Rd around 7pm.

The injured store attendant has been taken to Hastings Hospital where it is reported the person is in a stable condition.

Police are investigating the incident.
