One person has been arrested following a service station robbery in Napier early this morning.
Detective Sergeant Darren Pritchard said a number of offenders entered the premises on Taradale Road around 2am, assaulting the attendant before running off with cigarettes and cash.
The store attendant was not seriously injured andis being supported by Victim Support and Police.
A 15-year-old boy will make an appearance in Hastings District Court today and Police are following strong lines of inquiry to locate the outstanding offenders.
