Hawke's Bay Today newspaper owner NZME has entered the regional property market with the launch of its online resource OneRoof.
OneRoof is a website which provides property data and information to buyers, sellers, renters and home owners to enable better property decisions.
Research shows 57 per cent of property buyersuse up to four resources, and many websites, to research potential properties. OneRoof, which has been running in beta format since December, is designed to deliver all things property - under one roof.
The OneRoof website enhances New Zealand's latest real estate with the latest property and market insights to help make your property decisions easier. Local schools, crime stats, commute times, property values, market trends, mortgage calculators and an open homes planner are all included.

Tremains Napier sales manager Stuart Christensen was impressed with what the website offered.
"The thing that stands out the most is the one-stop-shop idea. A consumer can go in there and be looking at a property but at the same time and on the same sight they can be finding out how far away is the local primary school, are they in the school zone, are there buses, how far it is to the nearest doctors. All that information you can get there and then, so from a resource point of view it's a pretty power website."
NZME also owns the NZ Herald, the Radio Network and GrabOne.
