Napier Registered Financial Adviser Judy Steiner is the 2017 Mortgage Link Adviser of the Year, the same award she won in 2015.
Selected from more than 100 advisers nationwide representing the organisation, she received the award at the organisation's national conference.
Judging criteria was on general items such as presentation,marketing, qualifications and not least, the amount of business generated - $45million for Ms Steiner.
She also sells personal insurance, picking up the title Insurance Link Adviser of the Year.
