Photos of two alleged burglars running away with items from a Napier home have been shared on Facebook, with one of them appearing to wear a monitoring ankle bracelet.
The woman on the left of the photo appears to have a monitoring bracelet on her left leg and a tattoo
on the right, according to the person who posted the photos to a Facebook group.
"Guess they did not read the camera signs," the man said on Facebook.
Police have confirmed they are investigating a burglary at a property in Kennedy Rd in the early hours of March 7.
"It is reported that nine statues were stolen from the yard of the property," a police spokesperson told the Herald.
