Twenty-one days ago, the account broker from the Hastings branch of Hurford Park Insurance started growing his upper lip fuzz along with
the other men in the office as part of Movember celebrations.
Thousands of men across the country and the world took on the challenge of growing a moustache for the month in a bid to raise funds and awareness about men's health problems.
While one colleague, Roger Walker, can't wait for the last day of the month to come around, signalling the end of the bristly look, another colleague, Ian Brown, is "loving it".
Mr McBrearty said the team had raised close to $300 from family and friends.
