Police are looking for a man who removed his electronic monitoring bracelet and left his bail address in Hawke's Bay.

Pita Rangi Te Kira, took off on April 1.

Te Kira has a warrant to arrest for breaching of electronic bail and is facing 11 active charges including dishonesty, driving and violent offending.

Te Kira has associates in the Hutt Valley and Porirua and is likely to have returned from Hawke's Bay to the Wellington area, police say.

He is a 29 years old and about 165cm tall and of medium build.

The public is advised to call 111 immediately if they see him or have knowledge of his whereabouts.
