Leaders Hawke's Bay Real Estate, led by Elanor MacDonald, is rebranding to become Ray White early this month.
The group will be progressively transitioning from October 3rd and Ms MacDonald said they were very excited.
"We'll utilise Ray White's technology platforms together with the ability to reach broader markets -both nationally and internationally- on behalf of our clients."
She said the company had consistently held the highest standards of client service and were proud of their high referral rate.

There are approximately 3000 residential sales in the Hawke's Bay region with an average sale price of $320,000.
