Leaders Hawke's Bay Real Estate, led by Elanor MacDonald, is rebranding to become Ray White early this month.

The group will be progressively transitioning from October 3rd and Ms MacDonald said they were very excited.

"We'll utilise Ray White's technology platforms together with the ability to reach broader markets - both nationally and internationally- on behalf of our clients."

She said the company had consistently held the highest standards of client service and were proud of their high referral rate.

"Ray White will add an additional layer to our business that gives us even more efficiency and process in getting great results for our clients."

The Ray White Group said they were proud to welcome Elanor MacDonald and her team, as they held similiar values to them with integrity, family and being proud of every transaction, lying at the core of what they do.

Ray White New Zealand chief executive, Carey Smith, said: "Elanor MacDonald and her team exemplify leading customer service and continue to build their business on being fully engaged in each sale and client interaction."

The Leaders Real Estate offices in Hawke's Bay are located in Napier and Havelock North and have successfully operated for the past 10years.

The group specialised in residential, investment, lifestyle, property management and rural sales.

The Hawke's Bay real estate market has continued to evolve with a diversification of property that is very wide and open to all demographics, as well as new infrastructure and growth, which is expected to continue.

There are approximately 3000 residential sales in the Hawke's Bay region with an average sale price of $320,000.

Leaders will join Ray White in their sponsorship and support of Ronald McDonald House, which benefits many children and their families around Hawke's Bay.
