Leaders Real Estate to join Ray White

Transition: Carey Smith, Ray White NZ chief executive, and Elanor MacDonald, Leaders Real Estate, on the day of signing the agreement where Leaders will be rebranded to Ray White early this month.

Leaders Hawke's Bay Real Estate, led by Elanor MacDonald, is rebranding to become Ray White early this month.

The group will be progressively transitioning from October 3rd and Ms MacDonald said they were very excited.

"We'll utilise Ray White's technology platforms together with the ability to reach broader markets - both nationally and internationally- on behalf of our clients."

She said the company had consistently held the highest standards of client service and were proud of their high referral rate.

The group specialised in residential, investment, lifestyle, property management and rural sales.

The Hawke's Bay real estate market has continued to evolve with a diversification of property that is very wide and open to all demographics, as well as new infrastructure and growth, which is expected to continue.

There are approximately 3000 residential sales in the Hawke's Bay region with an average sale price of $320,000.
