Hawke's Bay barristers on new new Legal Aid Tribunal panel

Three Hawke's Bay barristers have been named among a panel of 14 members of the new Legal Aid Tribunal which comes into effect next year.
They are Hawke's Bay Criminal Bar Association president Eric Forster, of Hastings, and the Law Society's Hawke's Bay branch president and vice-president, Ingrid Squire, Hastings, and Jonathan Krebs, Napier.
Coming into effect under new legislation on July 1, the Tribunal replaces the Legal Aid Review Panel and will review decisions made by the independent Legal Services Commissioner.
