Missing Hawke’s Bay woman found - police

There were concerns for the woman's welfare, police said yesterday.

A woman missing from her home in the Napier suburb of Marewa has been found.

Police were yesterday searching for the woman after she was reported missing, with concerns for her welfare.

“Claire left home about 9am and was due to return about lunchtime but did not do so,” said police.

This morning, Eastern District Police posted on social media that the woman had been found.

“The person previously reported missing from Marewa has been located safe and well.”
