Police have now arrested eight people after a fight at Hastings’ Common Room bar.
Detective Sergeant Heath Jones said more than 30 charges have been laid among those arrested after the incident on March 8.
“We are pleased to have held some of those responsible to account. Our team ofthree investigations staff have worked incredibly hard to bring about this result,” Jones said.
“This was a violent incident that was understandably traumatising for the victims and those who witnessed it. Our inquiries are ongoing and we are likely to lay further charges.”
Police are still asking for the public’s help to identify two people, “as we believe they will be able to assist with our inquiries”.
