Disgraced entertainer Rolf Harris has written an offensive song about his victims while in jail.

Disgraced entertainer Rolf Harris has written an offensive song about his victims while in jail.

When the sordid details of the horrific sexual offending of disgraced Australian entertainer Rolf Harris resulted in him being sent to jail, we all hoped we would not hear his name again for some time.

His reputation in ruins (like the lives of his victims) and stripped of his CBE by the Queen after his conviction, finally justice had been done and his victims could attempt to piece their lives back together again. He targeted girls as young as 7 and was jailed last July for 12 indecent assaults against four women.

Unfortunately the arrogance of a delusional man who was shielded for years because of his fame and fortune knows no bounds. The latest news is that the convicted paedophile has written a vile song from his prison cell, describing his victims as money-grabbing mercenaries only after compensation.

Harris wrote it in a letter from Stafford Prison to a person close to him, who was utterly appalled and passed it to The Mail on Sunday newspaper so it could be made public.

In the letter, he says he will record the song when he gets out of prison, assuming he gets parole in 2017.

This is revictimisation of his victims, pure and simple. It shows that Harris has no remorse and, despite all the testimonies and evidence against him, is deluding himself and deceiving his wife and daughter.

There is a very simple solution to this. Consider this rant as proof that Harris refuses to accept responsibility for his actions and deny him parole, when eligible, until he admits his guilt.

Let him have even more time to think in the place he says is "no hardship".
