Save A “moderate” magnitude 4.6 quake has jolted the lower North Island this morning.
Geonet says the quake was centred 15km west of Pongaroa and was 12km deep.
People have reported feeling it from Dannevirke to Wellington.
The tremor struck at 7.51am.
