Custom-built tandem trailer missing from Havelock North

A custom-built tandem trailer was still missing today, three days after disappearing from an isolated suburban property in Havelock North.
Police believe the galvanised trailer, with a cage, was stolen from the front lawn of a property in Everest Ave sometime between 8.30pm on Friday and daybreak the next day.
Detective Duncan McLean, of Napier CIB, described it as a dual-axle, braked trailer, with a distinctive checkerplate toolbox attached to the front. The cage is removable and the sides fold down flat. It has galvanised steel spoke wheels.
