Two people facing charges for an alleged assault at the Bluewater Hotel (pictured) in Ahuriri, Napier, this month have pleaded not guilty.
The case will go to trial.
Hayden Marcus Haywood and Turei Ataria appeared in the Napier District Court yesterday where they entered not-guilty pleas to a single chargeeach of aggravated burglary and wounding with intent to cause grievous bodily harm.
Both were remanded in custody.
Johanna Patricia Peterson, who faces identical charges and whose attendance in court was yesterday excused, did not enter a plea and was granted bail with conditions.
