A person has sustained moderate injuries after coming off a quad bike in Haumoana. Photo / File

A woman was injured after rolling a quad bike in Haumoana on Thursday morning.

Police received a of a person who had come off a quad bike on Tuki Tuki Rd, Haumoana, at about 10.15am on Thursday.

A St Johns Ambulance spokeswoman said one ambulance was sent to the scene.

Police said the person sustained moderate injuries.

A Hawke's Bay District Health Board spokeswoman a woman in her 60s was assessed, treated and discharged from hospital on Thursday.
