One taken to hospital after car smashes into a building

A person has been transported to Hawke's Bay Hospital after a car went up a footpath, and smashed into a building in Marewa, Napier.
It is not known whether the person was the driver.
An ambulance attended the incident, on Kennedy Rd, at 11.38am on Tuesday and transported a person
in moderate condition to the hospital.
Police and fire and emergency services also attended the scene.
