Hawke's Bay has plenty of activities for people of all ages to enjoy. We list 8 of the best on offer this weekend.

1. F.A.W.C!
The Food and Wine Classic's 2018 Summer Series is well and truly on and will run until November 11, with events all around the region. While
a number of events have sold out this weekend, there are several still on offer.

2. Run Red for Children
Save the Children are asking people to Run Red and be sponsored as part of a fundraising event called Charlie's Challenge anytime from now until November 27, to help children who have had to run for their lives.

3. Diwali 2018
Diwali is a festival of lights and celebrated every year throughout the world. In the same spirit, it has been organised by Hawke's Bay Indian Association Inc. Come and join in for this fun-filled evening which is suitable for all the age groups .

4. Walk 2 D'Feet MND 2018
Walks 2 D'Feet MND will take place all over New Zealand tomorrow. These easy, fun walks are a powerful way to show your support for people with motor neurone disease (MND). The walks raise money for MND research and support services.
Napier Sailing Club, 63 West Quay, Ahuriri, Napier. Tomorrow, 9.30am to 12.30pm.

5. A Service of Remembrance and A Commitment to Peace
This service will recognise the centenary of Armistice Day, and reflect on the commitment to peace: through liturgy, song and prayer.
Trinity Methodist Church, 32 Clive Square East, Napier. Tomorrow, 10am to 11.15am.

6. Rose Sunday 2018
Visitors will be greeted with small rose buttonholes from Rose Society members' home gardens, and will be able to get advice and information on all things 'Roses' from industry professionals. There will be kids entertainment, ice-cream and coffee trucks at-hand, so bring a picnic and relax on the lawn while enjoying the tranquillity of the park.

7. Hastings Christmas At the Races
Hawke's Bay Racing is set to host the best flaming Christmas at the Races end of year party, in The Village. After working hard all year it's time to celebrate and treat yourself and your colleagues, friends or family to a fun-filled day out.
