Hawke's Bay has plenty of activities and events for people of all ages to enjoy. We list 8 of the best on offer this weekend.

1. Truffle Hunt and Truffle Lunch

Come along for an exclusive truffle hunt and taste the delicious underground treats. Fresh truffles are in season only during June, July and August, so take this opportunity to treat yourself to this unique experience. The Manse, 3519 State Highway 50, Maraekakaho, Hastings. 2. Versus Talent Quest — Zeal HB

Versus is Hawke's Bay's largest talent quest, with more than $1000 of cash and prizes up for grabs. Lindisfarne College, 600 Pakowhai Rd, Hastings. Today, 7.30pm to 9.30pm.

3. Nadia Reid High & Lonely NZ Tour

5. The Rude Boyz — Rocking the Room

Hawke's Bay reggae band The Rude Boyz are returning to "rock the room" at The Common Room. 6. Castle Peak Forest Half Marathon, 12k & 6k Trail Run

Castle Peak Forest is a privately owned forest, located just 30 minutes from Napier.
This is trail running at its very best. Choose from a half-marathon, a 13km run or dip your toes in with the 6km run. Walkers are welcome in the 13km and 6km events. All distances take in the beautiful forestry trails, with the half-marathon having an added bonus of stunning views across Hawke's Bay. Castle Peak Forest, 1262 Taihape Rd, Napier. 7. Rodger Fox — Erna Ferry Deco Experience

Led by New Zealand's well-known band leader Rodger Fox and star vocalist Erna Ferry, this 6-piece band has played all over New Zealand to rave reviews. Hear the band play material from swinging classics to interpretations of well-known pop standards in a jazzy, danceable style. Dress up in your Art Deco costume and make a night of it.
