A man who in September pleaded guilty to two charges of robbing Napier service stations earlier this year has been further remanded for sentence on other charges.
Hunter Waihape, 19, of Napier, also pleaded guilty to one charge of assaulting a female and one of indecent assault when he appeared before Judge Bridget Mackintosh in Napier District Court today.
The robberies, including one in which he brandished a machete and a service station attendant's arm was slashed, happened at the Caltex Hyderabad Rd station and the Mobil Taradale Rd station.
In the court, Judge Mackintosh remanded him in continued custody for sentence on December 16.
