Hawke's Bay has plenty of activities and events for people of all ages to enjoy. We list seven of the best on offer this weekend.

1. Zirka Circus, Marine Parade

Zirka Circus is bringing its new show "Send in the Clowns" on its fifth tour of New Zealand. Whether it be daredevil or beautiful, balletic and poetic acts, there is something for everyone. There will be more than 20 top-class performers showcasing death-defying acrobatics and amazing illusions, with light relief courtesy of the clowns. 2. Comedy with Ben Hurley at the Cabana, Napier

Get ready for a night of laughs with the Cabana Comedy Club, featuring a line-up of some of the country's top comedians. Winner of all of the awards and 7 Days favourite Ben Hurley is the headline act, with Vaughan King as MC and Sera Devcich and Patch Lambert as supporting acts. Tonight, 8pm. 3. Weekend Masterclass In Silver Clay, Creative Arts Napier, Community Arts Centre

Come along to this Masterclass workshop and experience the transformation from precious metal clay into pure silver jewellery. Make a pendant or earrings from recycled silver (precious metal clay) during the weekend course, with expert tutor Ingrid Schloemer. Today and tomorrow, 10.30am-3.30pm. 4. DanceLife Studios & Stars of Tomorrow - Aladdin, Theatre Hawke's Bay

Come along and celebrate the DanceLife and Stars of Tomorrow students in their recital Aladdin the pantomime. The performance brings to the stage the talents of their Glee, Hip Hop and Singing students. The show is on today at 10am and 2pm and tomorrow at 3pm. 5. Classic Night At the Proms, Napier Municipal Theatre

Dress up, bring a flag and go to the theatre for a night of great music and fun. The night is presented by Bay Cities Symphonic and The Gisborne Concert Bands and will feature music including Rule Britannia, Country Gardens, Pomp & Circumstance, British Sea Songs, a Gilbert & Sullivan Medley and more. 6. Marine Parade Family Fun Day

Come along to help celebrate the completion of Marine Parade's redevelopment. All the action will be at the Marine Parade Reef Garden (next to Bay Skate) today from noon. There will be music, food and refreshments, spot prizes and bouncy castles. Adam and the team at The Hits Hawke's Bay will also be there. There will also be half-price entry to all Napier City Council facilities - National Aquarium of New Zealand, Bay Skate, Par2 MiniGolf and MTG Hawke's Bay - for the day. 7. Share Your Talent Show, Taradale RSA

Share your talent with the Taradale RSA tomorrow night at its annual talent show. You are invited to sing with a live band, play an instrument or embark on some stand-up comedy. Admission is free.
