The basics to be included are the name of the hosts, names of the bridal couple, the day, date, time, addresses of ceremony and reception. You'll need to know who will be attending and should include an RSVP and date by which people should reply.
Names are usually handwritten stating clearly who is invited and whether children are invited. Extras to include for guests coming from another area might include a map and list of local accommodation.
