Tāmaki Makaurau-based rapper Mo Muse tackles the nature of reality with the first new music from his debut LP First Generation.

What's Real, a collaboration with fellow local rapper Abdul Kay, raises questions about claims made by gossip folks, while trying to decipher reality from the smoke and mirrors.

On the track Muse and Kay showcase their individual rap prowess, exchanging eight bars back to back over heavy production by S.F.T.

Muse and Kay are Redbull Music artist alumni, with Muse most recently appearing on RedBull Music's 64 Bars series curated by David Dallas.

Pop rockers Hans Pucket will bring their eclectic mix of 70s disco, early 2000s indie rock and mid-century musical theatre to stages around the country this October.

The band have been busy this year, playing shows across the UK and Europe, including support slots with The Beths, as well as working on the follow-up to their 2018 album Eczema.

Lead vocalist and guitarist Oli Devlin said the three band members were split between Wellington and Auckland, "so when there's a chance to play live together the band gets to share a beautiful reunion and moment of camaraderie with the crowd".

Reid said "I can't wait to tour in early spring and play in some of my favourite places around the country. This is a chance to strip a lot of these songs right back to the way they were written, acoustic guitar and vocal, and spin a few yarns too."

The set will include favourites from all six Feelers albums and his solo album Saint.
