If you are a fan of Dave Dobbyn, you won't want to miss him Friday night at St John's Cathedral on his Acoustic Church Tour.
The Kiwi singer who last year celebrated three decades of music and will be performing a selection of hits from across his career including Beside You, Be Mine
Tonight, Language, Loyal, Whaling, Slice of Heaven, Oughta Be in Love and Welcome Home.
The church tour takes advantage of the layers of resonance provided by church acoustics which Dobbyn said, "are ideal for singing."
Christchurch band Dukes will be opening for Dobbyn on the tour.
Doors open at 7.30pm, Dukes on stage at 8pm and Dobbyn will play from 8.45pm.
