Hawke's Bay-based Rod Drury, one of New Zealand's leading technology entrepreneurs, is the featured speaker at the Hawke's Bay Chamber of Commerce Business Breakfast Series on April 1.
He is expected to explain how technology has shrunk the world for businesses and share his experiences in building an export company, attracting international investors and building a global team using the internet and social media.
Drury is chief executive and founder of NZX-listed Xero, an online accounting solution for small businesses, a founder and director of Pacific Fibre, a director of the NZ Stock Exchange and was a director of Trade Me when it was sold to Fairfax Media.
