Some of Hawke's Bay's top tourism operators have recently been pitching the region's benefits to a host of international tourism buyers at the nation's biggest international travel expo.
A total of 11 tourism businesses and entities from Hawke's Bay jointly promoted their independent businesses and attractions as well as positioning the Hawke's Bay region as a place to visit at the annual Trenz (Tourism Rendezvous New Zealand) tourism expo in Dunedin, which finished on Thursday.
Hawke's Bay Tourism General Manager Annie Dundas said this year Hawke's Bay fielded its biggest contingent ever.
