Correction to Receiver pursues DAC Legal

An article headed "Receiver pursues DAC Legal" published in Hawke's Bay Today on Tuesday, December 13 may have given the misleading impression that the present partners of Davidson Armstrong & Campbell are facing charges under the Securities Act and the Companies Act. Hawke's Bay Today accepts that whilst the Davidson Armstrong & Campbell partners are the fourth defendants in a civil action being brought by the Receivers in relation to the affairs of Belgrave Finance, no charges of any nature have been brought against the Davidson Armstrong & Campbell partners.

Hawke's Bay Today regrets any unwarranted inference which might have been drawn from the article.
