An article headed "Receiver pursues DAC Legal" published in Hawke's Bay Today on Tuesday, December 13 may have given the misleading impression that the present partners of Davidson Armstrong & Campbell are facing charges under the Securities Act and the Companies Act. Hawke's Bay Today accepts that whilst the DavidsonArmstrong & Campbell partners are the fourth defendants in a civil action being brought by the Receivers in relation to the affairs of Belgrave Finance, no charges of any nature have been brought against the Davidson Armstrong & Campbell partners.
