Senior netball takes a break for two weekends

District senior netballers take a break for the next two Saturdays. Games resume on April 22. In the premier grade, Turanga FM YMP have eight points so far in Round 1, followed by Claydens Waikohu and Whangara Old Girls on four points, Gisborne Girls’ High School Senior A on one point, and Horouta Koura on no points.

YMP have an impressive goal differential — 66 goals for and 28 against. Pictured in action last weekend were Silke McNaught, for Girls’ High, and Nadia Whaitiri-White and Taryn Walford, for Whangara.
