Trust Tairawhiti, this asset you want to sell was the Poverty Bay Electric Power Board — i.e. their whenua and whanau who were customers, owned under the collective corporate.

You can't sell what the people own. Pay a dividend per annum and retain the asset — that is the moral, ethical and proper course of action. Stop pulling the wool over our eyes.
