Sentinel Homes is committed to your project every step of the journey.

The Sentinel Homes' Papamoa show home is turning heads, with franchise owners Isaac Dean and Dibs Corr believing they've set a benchmark in town for quality and design.

Sentinel Homes' Papamoa show home has been wowing visitors since its opening in March this year. With its well thought-out design and superior attention to detail, many have proclaimed it the best they've seen.

"It's a show home like no other in town" says Managing Director, Isaac Dean. "People just love the large architectural windows, raking ceilings and huge scullery space. The separate media lounge and private tranquillity of the master suite provide space when needed, while the open-plan living, dining and kitchen bring the family together in a central hub. We've really thought about the requirements of modern family life here and the feedback we're receiving from visitors has been incredible".

The Sentinel Homes Tauranga team pride themselves on a fantastic client experience. "From our flexibility in design to the highest quality in workmanship, we deliver homes that will bring their owners joy for years to come" says Isaac's fiancée and business partner, Dibs Corr. "We only use the highest quality materials and fittings because it's crucial to us that our homes are safe, warm and stand the test of time".

While home building can be daunting to some, the Sentinel Homes team have developed a system to carefully guide you through the process, whether it's your first build or your fifth build. Their New Home Consultants, Johan & Marielle Nienhuis, will work with you every step of the way to achieve the home you've always dreamed of.

"We pride ourselves in being attuned to our clients' needs, listening carefully to their unique ideas and concerns" says Johan. "Having built our own homes, we know the importance of being heard. New owners can find building a stressful exercise, however at Sentinel Homes we are committed to your project every step of the journey".

Johan and Marielle's dedication to customer service is second to none. The couple see it as a privilege to be a part of their clients' projects. Being family focused, they believe it is the people who make a house a home, and that "every client deserves to have someone working with them who cares about their new home as much as they do themselves" says Marielle.

Sentinel Homes are proud sponsors of The Parenting Place - the Kiwi charity that's making a real difference in the lives of parents and young people throughout New Zealand. On a local level, Sentinel Homes Tauranga are also proud to be supporting this year's Special Children's Christmas Party on 16th December 2017 at Hamilton's Mystery Creek Event Centre - an event designed to put smiles on the faces of hundreds of disadvantaged children.

With family in mind, Isaac and Dibs are happy to announce they're expecting their first baby in November. "We're really excited about starting our own family" says Dibs. "It's a really big year for us both personally and professionally!".

To see what all the fuss is about, the Sentinel Homes show home is at 2 Villosa Court, Palm Springs, Papamoa and is open Tues-Sun 12-4 or out of hours by appointment.
