Save Contractors are working to restore two watermains that broke this morning in Te Puna
Water is expected to be back on in Te Puna shortly after midday, following the first break on Te Puna Rd about 9.15am.
The Western Bay of Plenty District Council is currently providing water via tankers
to the local Marae and Te Puna School while the break is fixed.
A second break occurred to a watermain north of Wolseley Rd, near State Highway 2.
This is affecting residents on Wolseley Rd and some surrounding properties.
