The Tauranga Domain will play host to Saturday's Mitre 10 Cup Championship Semi Final when the Bay of Plenty Steamers take on Otago.

Tickets are expected to be in high demand when they go on public sale now. Bay of Plenty Rugby CEO Mike Rogers is calling the Bay of Plenty community to come out in force and Back the Bay this weekend.

"This is a great opportunity for the Bay of Plenty community to come out and support our team. It was a great buzz last weekend and it was fantastic to see the support from the community with over 5,000 in attendance. We know the guys are excited about this weekend and we know with the crowd backing them it will give them the extra edge."

Tickets for this Saturday's Mitre 10 Cup semifinal, kicking off at 2.35pm, will be available on www.ticketmaster.co.nz. Those who purchase their tickets online will pay $20* for adults, $10* for students and $5* for children, with Under 5s free.
