Fans can look forward to exciting events as the Bay of Plenty Steamers prepare for their NPC semifinal clash against Canterbury at Tauranga Domain today.

The Steamers put the sword to the Hawkes Bay Magpies after a thrilling 79th-minute try last weekend, finishing 19-17.

The ticket booth opens at 10am, and gates open at 2.30pm.

A Kiwi classic Kaimai Egg and Spoon race will commence at 3pm, and fans able to register for the Bunnings Tug-of-War and the Brandt Tractor Pull from 2.30 to 3.10pm.

The Bunnings Tug-of-War kicks off at 3.20pm, followed by the Brandt Tractor Pull at 3.30pm, both taking place on the athletics track.

Additionally, families can enjoy face painting throughout the day courtesy of Artful Addiction. With such a packed schedule, it promises to be an unforgettable experience on and off the field.
