To celebrate the opening of the Wharf Street Dining Precinct, a free open air movie is being shown at 6.00pm this Saturday, August 22.

The area was transformed from two way street into one of Tauranga's first shared spaces which combines art, culture and cuisine.

Themed outdoor furniture has been places around the street while more than 80 lanterns have been placed above the revamped street to allow outdoor dining at night.

Ratatouille an Academy Award and Golden Globe-winning computer animated film presented by Disney, will be screened this weekend. There will be pre-entertainment in the Wharf Street Dining Precinct from 5.30pm.
