Save Papamoa police are investigating a suspected burglary from a house under construction in the Papamoa East area.
The burglary happened between Thursday evening and the early hours of Friday morning.
Two suspects were apprehended when they were stopped by police driving a vehicle towing a trailer full of pink batts
insulation at about 2.30am today.
The pink batts insulation was removed from its packaging and looked to be pre-cut, raising suspicions about its origin.
