Newsmaker: Lorde and lamb chops for kiwifruit man

This week's newsmaker is Kiwi360 owner Graeme Crossman, who featured in the news this week after a series of "landmark" stamps including the giant kiwifruit on State Highway 2 were released.

"To tourism wholesaler/retailers in the 53 countries around the world where Zespri Kiwifruit is revered."

"Two weeks ago to replace a light bulb in the viewing platform."

4 - What is your preference - green or gold?

"Green has the enzymes which I know are so good for my digestive system, but Gold is easiest and ready to eat all the time."

"Pure Heroine (but to be honest, I'm a BBC/talkback radio sort of guy)."

6 - What do you think is the Western Bay of Plenty's best kept secret?

"Te Puke Goodness Grows Here."

7 - What is your favourite edible piece of Kiwiana? (pineapple lumps? L&P? Sausage rolls? Lamingtons?)

"Whitebait fritters followed by lamb chops."

8 - What international landmark would you most like to visit and why?

"Matai Bay, Northland's iconic pristine whitesand deserted beach - the subject of Air NZ ad campaigns about New Zealand, some years ago. Camped there as a family and would go back in preference to anywhere else. It's perfect!"

9 - What is the one thing you could not live without each day?

"Internet for everything I want to know and be in touch with, and wife's focus on the important things in life."

10 - If you weren't busy looking after Kiwi360, what else would you be most likely be doing?

"Mowing lawns with a top of the range ride on mower and trying to keep up with the grandchildren's sports involvement."
