A Tauranga man's pint-sized art piece has help raise more than $205 for Amnesty International.
Artist Michael Sass' matchbox artwork was part of a fundraiser for the charity organisation.
It was auctioned on Trade Me with a start price of $150. It sold on Wednesday night for $205.
The artwork
depicts a rural scene in Africa and is set in an authentic wooden frame.
Other artists who have donated work included Virginia King and Shane Hansen, and musicians Jon Toogood and Tiki Taane.
