Revellers in the Western Bay of Plenty will experience a concert like no other at next year's Mills Reef "Stars Under The Stars" concert, headlined by UK supergroup the Hollies. The Hollies, formed in the 1960s, were one of the leading British groups of the era and have continued along thepath of success. They were recently inducted into the American Rock 'n' Roll Hall of Fame. Concert-goers at the 2011 Stars Under The Stars concert will be able to experience the best Hollies anthems, including The Air That I Breathe and He Ain't Heavy, He's My Brother. Concert promoter Craig Wilson said it was exciting to be able to attract a band of this calibre and was a testament to the event itself that bands like the Hollies wanted to play here. Mr Wilson said there would be about 8000 tickets available for the concert, held over two nights in January next year.
